Applications

 

  • The 2013 USF Scholarship Application will be made available on January 3, 2013 and can be obtained from any USF Board Member or you can request an application by contacting us at info@unitscholarshipfund.org. The deadline for submitting your application, for the 2013-2014 academic year, is February 13, 2013. Any applications or documentation postmarked after that date will be ineligible.

    • Accepted/Attending an Accredited:

      • University (Graduate, Undergraduate Program)
      • College (Graduate, Undergraduate Program)
      • Trade School
      • Technical School
      • Vocational School

    Scholarship Evaluation Criteria:

    • Merit Based:

      • SAT/ACT/GRE Scores
      • High School Class Ranking
      • Overall Grade Point Average
      • Athletics
      • Extra Curricular School Activities
      • Community Service
      • Outside Employment
      • Essay

    Annual USF Applications are available on the first Wednesday in January, through the second Wednesday in February.
